We offer this class separately at this age as some small children do not care for the loud sounds of tap. Often this is due to allergies, inner ear development.

Classes include floor and center work that incorporates the use of gravity and a sense of weighted ness in the body on top of technique work. The movement vocabulary and range of motion used is endless and creative and draws on each student’s personal expression. Classes may include improvisation and creative exercises.

This is a great expressive style of dance. We introduce floor-spirals, stretches and progressive combinations across the floor as well as falls, turns and jumps! This program helps the student to improve coordination/balance and artistic expression.
